Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred.
• 6–10 years of project scheduling experience required.
• Experience with baseline progress and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops a baseline schedule and coordinates with project management, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Uses scheduling software to implement, maintain and analyze the project schedule.
• Includes coding resources, loading costs, sequencing information and critical path.
• Manages project controls to assess risk and apply best practices and standards.
• Prepares complex risk and impact assessments for schedule changes and presents to the team.
• Analyzes schedule changes and their impact on cost and timeline.
• Ensures version control and documentation of changes and delays.
• Leads schedule meetings with appropriate representation from project management.
• Prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and distributes to staff.
• Forecasts and manages the project budget in relation to the schedule.
• Develops contingency plans and runs what-if scenarios.
