Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks a seasoned Scheduling Lead to oversee complex program schedules. You will design detailed schedules, establish WBS, and align vendor timelines to milestones. Responsible for baseline vs actual reports and applying Critical Chain Methodology for optimization.

Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, maintain change orders, and mentor junior schedulers. 8+ years in scheduling and Primavera P6 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of scheduling experience in large projects or programs.
• Knowledge of project controls and scheduling best practices.
• Experience with CCM and EVM concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of detailed project schedules and WBS to manage scope and milestones.
• Designs schedules with logical predecessors/successors to avoid lag.
• Maintains documentation including change orders to reflect status.
• Coordinates with vendors and project teams to integrate time estimates.
• Provides schedule performance analysis and forecasts using EVM metrics.
