Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an experienced Professional to lead the development and refinement of project Work Breakdown Structures. This role requires a strong background in project management and scheduling, with a minimum of 10 years of experience acceptable for candidates with a High School Diploma.

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing project workflows and coordinating work areas, advising on documentation, and mentoring team members. Familiarity with project management software is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a High School Diploma / GED.
• 8+ years of experience with an Associate's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience with a Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project Work Breakdown Structures.
