Job summary

Astrion seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the EPASS Cyber and Networks Directorate. The role requires a strong background in scheduling for DoD programs, with extensive use of Microsoft Project and related IMS artifacts.

Location is Hanscom AFB, MA (Bedford, MA) with a Secret clearance and full-time status. The candidate will coordinate IMS activities across disciplines and provide key scheduling deliverables to support mission success.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field is required.
• Ten years of experience in the discipline, with five in DoD; 15 years with substitutions may replace a degree.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) at portfolio, program, or project level.
• Communicate IMS activities among functional disciplines within the program office.
• Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams).
• Ensure IMS support to system acquisition processes and incorporate schedule requirements for mission success.
• Support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results.
• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to customer, project team, and management.

Senior Project Scheduler

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Scheduler for the EPASS Cyber and Networks Directorate (EPASS HN II contract), supporting the C3I & Infrastructure Division.

LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA (Bedford, MA)

Salary Range: $120-130,000.00

JOB STATUS: Full-time

CLEARANCE: Secret

TRAVEL: Limited, as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Education: Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field
• Years of Experience: Ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD. Two additional years of directly related experience with proper certifications may substitute for the Master's degree. A total of 15 years of directly related experience (8 DoD) may substitute for the Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project
