Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Senior Project Safety Coordinator in Florida to lead site safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with safety standards across nationwide projects.

You will partner with project teams to develop inspection schedules, deliver training, investigate incidents, and prepare Safety Evaluation Reports every six weeks. This role requires 5+ years of construction safety experience and OSHA Course 500 certification or equivalent credentials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of active construction safety experience or 5-7 years without certification and ability to obtain certification within 12 months
• Demonstrated leadership on multiple project assignments totaling at least 24 months
• Experience supporting Advanced Technology, Mission Critical, Manufacturing, and Industrial Water markets
• Proven ability to enforce safety regulations and lead investigations
• Strong communication skills with project teams, subcontractors, and clients

Responsibilities

• Conduct Initial Safety Audits & Establish Inspection Schedules within 15 days of mobilization
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and orientations for site personnel
• Support safety administration including accident investigations, documentation, and reporting
• Develop and deliver project-specific safety training and hazard mitigation programs
• Communicate safety concerns and prepare Safety Evaluation Reports every six weeks
• Enforce safety policies and conduct thorough incident investigations
