The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all of Haskell’s delivery groups across the United States. This team provides field management personnel, from craft workers to Project Superintendents, along with logistical support such as establishing per diem rates, providing company trucks, and coordinating team member arrivals. We also offer ongoing training to support career development from entry-level roles through apprenticeship programs, helping team members progress through the ranks using both mental and physical skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct initial safety audits within 15 days of project mobilization and develop ongoing inspection schedules.
• Assist in enforcing safety standards, ensuring completion of safety orientations, and maintaining documentation.
• Support safety administration tasks, including accident investigations, recordkeeping, and compliance reporting.
• Develop and lead safety training sessions and identify hazards, halting operations if necessary for safety.
• Communicate safety concerns regularly and prepare Safety Evaluation Reports every six weeks.
• Uphold safety policies, investigate incidents, and assist in reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years' experience in construction safety.
• Completion of OSHA Course #500.
• Thorough understanding of federal, state, local, and corporate safety regulations.
• Ability to recognize hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift 10-50 pounds.
