Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a program or portfolio of capital projects for the owner or EPC. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier qualifications and audits.

The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, 5+ years in leadership, and credentials such as CMQ-OE/CQA or ISO 9001 lead auditor; experience with regulated programs is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal)

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the quality management system, procedures, and audit program
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and review performance
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership
