Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a portfolio of capital projects. You will establish the program's quality management system, lead Project Quality Managers, and own supplier qualification and audits for regulatory compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, 5+ years directing teams, and certifications (ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA; ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor a plus).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA Certification, ISO 9001 lead auditor
• NQA-1 lead auditor is a strong plus
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal)
• Executive-level communication and the ability to stop work when required

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects
• Set standards, review performance, and develop staff
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership
