Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across portfolios of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier and contractor qualifications.

You will represent the client in regulatory and third-party audits, report quality performance to executives, and drive corrective actions. This role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality experience on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA certification is preferred; ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory and third-party audits.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
• Own corrective-action closure.
