Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the program’s quality management system and direct Project Quality Managers across sites to ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Qualifications include 10+ years in quality on capital projects and 5+ years directing quality programs; certifications such as ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor, and NQA-1 lead auditor are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; own corrective-action closure.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
