Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a portfolio of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier/contractor qualification standards.

You will represent the client in regulatory audits and report quality metrics to executives. The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, with 5+ years directing QA programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects, with leadership of QA programs.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor, strong lead auditor skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and set standards.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and approved vendor lists.
• Represent client in regulatory and third-party audits and reports.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality metrics to leadership.
