Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead the quality program across a portfolio of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier and contractor qualification standards.

Qualifica­tions include 10+ years in quality on capital projects, 5+ years directing quality programs, and certifications such as ASQ CMQ‑OE or CQA and ISO 9001 lead auditor. Strong executive communication is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA certification, ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and set standards.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
• Own corrective-action closure.
