Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier/contractor qualification and procurement quality requirements.

The role involves representing the client in regulatory and third-party audits, closing corrective actions, and reporting quality performance to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality experience on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Certifications: CMQ-OE or CQA; ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor a plus.
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and develop staff.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to executive leadership.
• Lead audits under NQA-1, API, or DOT where applicable.
