Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a portfolio of capital projects. You will establish the program QMS, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier qualification and audits.

Strong executive communication and regulated program experience are essential. The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects and certifications like ASQ CMQ-OE/CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects, with 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA certification and ISO 9001 lead auditor experience.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification a strong plus; regulated program experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership.
• Conduct field visits to verify the system is followed and manage escalations.
