Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a program of capital projects for the owner or EPC. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier and contractor qualification.

You will represent the client in regulatory and third‑party audits, report performance to executives, and drive the program’s corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Executive-level communication and the judgment to stop work when the record demands it.
• Strong leadership to direct Project Quality Managers across projects.
• Experience directing quality programs and staff on complex capital programs.
• Knowledge of regulatory and third‑party audits and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third‑party audits.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
