Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, direct project quality managers, and own supplier and contractor qualification standards, while representing the client in regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects with leadership experience.
• Directing quality programs and managing staff across projects.
• Experience with regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across multiple projects.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, and the approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; oversee corrective actions.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
