Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a portfolio of capital projects, establishing the quality management system and directing Project Quality Managers.

You will own supplier and contractor qualification, lead audits, and report quality performance to executive leadership. Travel and per diem are required as project schedules dictate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects, with 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, and ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure; Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
