Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a portfolio of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, supervise Project Quality Managers, and set supplier and contractor qualification standards.

You will represent the client in regulatory and third‑party audits, report quality performance to executive leadership, and own corrective-action closure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects with 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with regulatory and third-party audits, and risk management.
• Executive-level communication and the ability to stop work when records demand it.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program's quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and set performance standards.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits and report to leadership.
• Close corrective actions and report quality performance and cost of quality to executives.
