Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across capital projects for owners or EPCs, establishing the quality management system and audits.

You will oversee Project Quality Managers, set standards, manage supplier qualifications, and represent the client in regulatory audits. This role leads quality performance reporting to executives. Travel and site work are involved depending on project needs, with pay and per diem as assigned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Certifications in CMQ-OE or CQA; ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification is a strong plus.
• Experience as quality authority on regulated programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list; enforce quality requirements.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
