Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the QMS, direct Project Quality Managers, and set supplier/contractor qualification standards.

The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects with 5+ years in leadership, ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, and ISO 9001 lead auditor credentials; nuclear/energy experience is a strong plus. Expect executive-level communication and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Executive-level communication and judgment to stop work when required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and set performance standards.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification process and approved vendor lists.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third‑party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership.
• Protect project integrity and drive decisions on nonconformances.
