Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to lead the program-level quality management system and oversee Project Quality Managers across multiple capital projects. You will set supplier and contractor standards, represent the client in audits, and own corrective-action processes.

The role requires 10+ years in project quality with 5+ years directing QA programs, plus certifications (ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA; ISO 9001 lead auditor). NQA-1 lead auditor is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA certification; ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification is a strong plus.
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal).
• Executive-level communication and the judgment to stop work when the record demands it.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure; report quality performance to executive leadership.
• Lead audits and address regulator findings with executive-level responses.
