Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a program of capital projects for the owner/EPC, establish the quality management system, and lead Project Quality Managers.

This senior role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, 5+ years leading programs, ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor a strong plus; strong executive communication and decision authority.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification is a strong plus.
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects.
• Set standards, review performance, and develop staff.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance.
