Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and oversee supplier and contractor qualification while representing the client in audits.

The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, 5+ years directing programs, and executive-level communication. Travel and audit-driven milestones shape the work rhythm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA preferred; ISO 9001 lead auditor required.
• Experience as quality authority on regulated programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership.
• Provide executive-level communication on risk and cost of quality.
