Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to oversee quality on a capital project from the owner's or EPC side. You will write the project quality plan and set surveillance and audit programs for contractors and suppliers.

You will qualify vendors/inspection agencies, review QC plans/ITPs, manage nonconformance and corrective actions, and report metrics to project leadership and the owner's quality organization, ensuring turnover readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects
• 2+ years leading a project quality program
• Experience with owner-side quality programs in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or federal work

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and the contractor and supplier quality requirements that flow from it
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies
• Review and accept contractor QC plans, ITPs, procedures, and inspector qualifications
• Own the project nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes
• Report quality metrics and risks to project leadership and the owner's quality organization
