Job summary

Sundt Enterprise is seeking a qualified professional to establish and maintain the Project Quality Management program. The role focuses on SundtWay QC functions to ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications.

You will lead inspections, review submittals, and prepare quality plans for specialized projects, coordinating with suppliers and government stakeholders to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a foreman, superintendent, or CM in similar projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Quality Management Certification

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work in place complies with approved submittals and contract documents
• Verify rework items are corrected
• Support company strategic planning initiatives
• Conduct internal quality inspections and participate in IOR inspections
• Review and approve submittals for compliance with subcontract documents
• Prepare quality management plans for specialized projects
• Schedule and lead preparatory meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, supervision, and government
• Schedule and conduct pre-installation conferences
• Supervise testing agencies and maintain records to ensure ASTM-compliant testing
• Verify materials meet contract-specific requirements
