Job summary

Sundt Construction, a leading Texas-based contractor, seeks a Project Quality Manager to establish and maintain the SundtWay Quality Management program ensuring compliance with contract documents and specifications.

You will lead submittal reviews, coordinate preparatory meetings with suppliers and subcontractors, oversee ASTM testing and material verification, and drive quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a foreman, superintendent, or CM in similar projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of technical and/or related experience.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Quality Management Certification

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work in place complies with approved submittals and contract documents.
• Verify that rework items are corrected.
• Support the company's strategic planning efforts.
• Perform internal quality inspections and participate in IOR inspections.
• Review and approve submittals for compliance with subcontract documents.
• Prepare quality management plans for specialized projects.
• Schedule and conduct preparatory meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, supervision and government.
• Schedule and conduct pre-installation conferences.
• Supervise testing agencies and maintain records per ASTM standards.
• Verify materials meet contract-specific requirements.
