Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management or engineering leadership.
• Experience managing complex hardware or semiconductor development programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience influencing global cross-functional teams and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex semiconductor product development programs from concept through production.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Applications, Product Engineering, Validation, Test, Operations, Quality, Marketing, and Business Units.
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and schedule recovery plans.
• Monitor program progress and communicate status, risks, and mitigations to leadership.
• Facilitate design reviews, phase gate reviews, and customer milestone tracking.
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Track resource requirements, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Support customer engagement activities related to product development schedules and commitments.
