• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years semiconductor industry experience leading complex silicon development programs.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles from concept through production.
• Working knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal design flows.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery of mixed-signal semiconductor products with emphasis on ATE development.
• Lead design planning and execution of high-performance mixed-signal ICs from concept to final silicon.
• Coordinate development and deployment of production test solutions using industry-standard ATE platforms.
• Build and maintain integrated program schedules across architecture, design, verification, validation, test, qualification, and production release.
• Represent the engineering organization to executive management, customers, and business stakeholders.
