Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8–15 years of procurement experience in cement, mining or heavy industrial EPC projects.
• Experience managing procurement for large CAPEX projects ($100M+)
• Proficient in Microsoft skills; working knowledge in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the project procurement strategy.
• Prepare the Project Procurement Plan with long-lead items and critical path equipment.
• Identify, prequalify, and manage OEM suppliers.
• Manage RFQs, RFPs, and tender processes.
• Perform bid evaluations with engineering teams; negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Administer purchase orders and supply/subcontract agreements; track CAPEX commitments.
