KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement for a large EPC project. The role collaborates with PM, engineering, construction, and legal teams to ensure timely, compliant acquisition of engineered equipment, bulk materials, and subcontracted services.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in EPC procurement, strong DPAS/FAR experience, and a proven ability to balance cost, schedule, and risk on complex capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
• 10–15+ years procurement/supply chain in EPC or large capital projects.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR flow-down and DPAS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Project Procurement Execution Plan.
• Lead supplier prequalification, bids, and award recommendations.
• Negotiate terms compliant with contracts and regulations.
• Track costs against the project budget and identify savings.
