Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Project Management to oversee the regional project portfolio and direct the Project Managers and Coordinators responsible for successful execution. You will align work with PMO standards and ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and reporting skills, with travel to project sites as needed and a commitment to safety and quality in engineering and environmental projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Project Management.
• PMI PMP certification is desired.
• Minimum 5 years of related Project Management experience (10 years preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and direct a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Oversee portfolio projects and ensure execution aligns with PMO practices.
• Develop and review project proposals and estimates.
• Coordinate project scheduling and resource management.
• Ensure effective client communication and reporting on status and margins.
