Job summary

Quartus Engineering Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Administrator in San Diego, offering a hybrid schedule. You will manage project data, contracts, invoicing, documentation, and proposals to drive operational excellence across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business and at least 2 years in project scheduling, planning, and control. Strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP ByDesign) are essential; US persons preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline with 2+ years in project scheduling, planning and control.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis, formulas and reporting.
• Experience with SAP Business ByDesign or similar ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects from setup through closeout.
• Create invoices or ensure invoicing is completed.
• Set up projects in ERP with WBS defined by project leader.
• Assist with creating project plans.
• Track project budgets using health trackers and internal tools.
• Interface with purchasing to manage BOMs and inventory.
• Generate budget and schedule reports for internal and client use.
• Coordinate with finance and support client management and reviews.
