Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in project controls.
• Minimum 10 years in related or industry experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in regulated utility/energy environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the project controls team.
• Develops strategies and guides staff development.
• Oversees staffing plans and supports hiring.
• Conducts performance reviews (1-on-1, skip-level, annual).
• Manages vendor relationships supporting business development.
• Maintains project controls policies, scheduling, document control systems.
