Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a Project Coordinator IV with strong technical product operations experience. The role involves handling multiple workstreams, crafting advanced SQL queries, and building dashboards to enable real-time decisions.

You will apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and automate tasks, while working with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other teams. The ideal candidate will have deep data analysis skills, the ability to identify risks, and report findings clearly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or technical product operations.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
• Experience using AI agents or AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and automate processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, documentation, and automated workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support program execution across multiple products and platforms, including 0-to-1 initiatives and process improvements.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product and operational data.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support real-time decision-making.
• Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.
• Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies.
• Manage multiple workstreams while coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use data and critical thinking to identify root causes, anticipate roadblocks, and drive solutions.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly to stakeholders.
