Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks an Engineering Program Manager to drive programs at the intersection of data operations, data engineering, and internal tooling for GenAI/ML initiatives. You will partner with engineering, research, and data teams to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and ensure successful execution across complex programs.

The role emphasizes technical depth, API/data pipeline oversight, and scalable tooling, with a focus on human evaluation, annotation, and ML lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or technical program management.
• Experience building technical roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear requirements and plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for HAI Data Operations.
• Partner with leadership to build and maintain a technical roadmap.
• Lead prioritization across data operations and tooling requirements.
• Define requirements for internal data and developer tooling.
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture, data flows, and APIs.
