Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA) seeks a seasoned Project Manager in Milwaukee to lead projects from concept through construction, balancing client engagement, team coordination and technical precision.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and quality, mentor project architects, and coordinate with consultants, while delivering work environments that reflect clients' goals and EUA's design standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of total project management experience
• 5+ years of PM experience in Workplace/office environments
• Deep knowledge of building codes
• Proficiency in Revit and project delivery standards
• Strong financial acumen - budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
• Skilled communicator who builds trust with clients and consultants
• Collaborative leader passionate about mentoring and team growth
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with adaptability and confidence

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project delivery from entitlement to construction administration
• Act as primary contact with clients and consultants, ensuring clear communication
• Monitor design progress to align with client expectations and quality standards
• Coach and guide project architects and designers; delegate tasks effectively
• Control contracts, budgets, and timelines to keep projects on track
