Responsibilities

• Write reports and specification sections.
• Review submittals and observe architectural features in the field.
• Assist in coordination of consultants.
• Self-direct project work and tasks, proactive engagement.
• Assist with specification preparation and/or write specifications.
• Perform and review QA/QC processes.
• Review submittals, RFIs, pay apps, etc. and on-site construction observation.
• Support consultants and coordinates their work.
• Participate in owner and contractor conversations.
• Assist and lead mentoring of staff.
