Job summary

Eppstein Uhen Architects is seeking a Project Manager for the Workplace studio to lead projects from concept through construction, balancing client engagement, team coordination, and technical precision.

You'll manage diverse tenant improvements and large-scale office buildings, guiding design progress, budgets, and schedules while mentoring project architects and designers and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (or equivalent) with 6+ years PM experience and 3+ years in Workplace markets.
• Deep knowledge of building codes and project delivery standards.
• Proficiency in Revit and strong financial acumen in budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent organization and time-management; strong communicator with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee all phases from entitlement to construction administration.
• Client + Consultants: Act as the primary contact, ensuring clear communication and trust.
• Design Progress Monitoring: Align drawings with client expectations and goals.
• Team Mentoring + Support: Guide project architects and designers; delegate tasks.
• Financial + Schedule Management: Control contracts, budgets, and timelines.
