We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical foundation and proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

This role will be split across two high-impact projects: Service Mapping and M&A Phase 2 initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments, can navigate technical and business domains, and excels at stakeholder coordination and delivery execution.

Project Responsibilities

Project 1: Service Mapping

• Lead internal coordination for a Service Mapping initiative focused on cataloging existing applications and integrating them into the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Partner with external vendor and collaborate with internal teams including HCL and IBM.
• Track and manage the list of applications requiring mapping, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
• Facilitate technical discussions, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum across infrastructure and service teams.
• No budget management required; focus is on delivery, coordination, and technical oversight.
• Hands-on experience with Service Mapping, CMDB, or Infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering and architecture teams.

Project 2: M&A Phase 2 Initiatives

• Drive new projects emerging from the M&A Phase 2, operating within a fast-paced, enterprise-wide transformation program.
• Manage cross-functional teams across business and technology domains, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain project/product roadmaps, facilitate meetings, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Lead risk identification and resolution, balancing both technical and business considerations.
• Apply appropriate methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall, depending on project needs.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven success in large-scale program environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and self-organization skills.
• Experience in both Agile and traditional PM frameworks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on technical delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with Service Mapping, CMDB, or Infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise transformation, M&A integration, or business enablement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to thrive in complex, fast-moving environments with minimal oversight.
