The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with our team on water and wastewater treatment projects for public and private sector clients. Responsibilities

• Management of water and wastewater treatment design projects.
• Lead and facilitate engineering design staff.
• Work with design team across multiple offices and disciplines to generate detailed design documents for construction plans.
• Manage client deadlines and project budgets.
• Lead business development activities including marketing new projects, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.

Required Skills & Experience

• B.S. degree in Environmental, Chemical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• NC Professional Engineering license.
• 10+ years’ experience with increasing project responsibilities in water and wastewater projects.
• Successful track record of maintaining client relationships.
• Extensive technical experience in designing water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Proven project management skills including scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
