Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; Masters preferred.
• 15+ years of water/wastewater design/engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with clear client communication.
• Demonstrate expertise in water treatment design and related utility engineering concepts.
• Lead client relationships and provide project management leadership.
• Recruit, lead, and direct staff and sub-consultants to meet schedules.
• Build and grow a practice with support from the company; pursue organic growth.
