Qualifications

• Experience managing water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and process scopes.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, procurement, and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, billing, cost controls, and profitability.
• Develop schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor buyout, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams.
• Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, and trade partners.
• Support equipment installation, testing, start-up, and commissioning.
• Identify project risks early and drive timely solutions.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
