Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering or technical field, 10+ years in heavy civil construction, and proficiency with Primavera, Viewpoint, HCSS Heavy Bid, and P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other Technical Field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering and project management.
• Experience with wastewater treatment plants.
• Professional license, certifications and contractor's licenses.
• Strong computer skills including Primavera, Viewpoint, HCSS Heavy Bid, and P6.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple heavy civil construction projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and engineering standards.
• Control project quality, review designs for compliance and specifications.
• Develop analytical reports for upper management and manage budgets to meet margins.
• Coordinate with field management to resolve issues between project plans and site execution.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, authorize changes and ensure safety protocols.
