You will drive budgets, schedules, and delivery while ensuring safety and quality. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field, 10+ years in heavy civil PM, licenses/certifications, and OSHA 30-hour training, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil project management.
• Professional licenses/certifications preferred; OSHA 30-hour within last five years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multi-million-dollar heavy civil projects from start to finish.
• Control budgets, schedules and subcontractor performance to protect margins.
• Interface with owners, engineers, and field staff to ensure project alignment.
