Job summary

Enervia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to run utility-scale solar projects as a business, not just attend meetings. You will own the commercial and financial performance from turnover through closeout, with field leaders under you.

Qualifications

• Experience leading utility-scale solar or similar heavy construction projects.
• Exposure to self-perform contractor operations.
• Proficiency with Excel, forecasting, production tracking, and scheduling.
• Degree not required; ownership and leadership matter.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, forecasting, cost-to-complete, and cash flow.
• Oversee self-perform labor, production, productivity and quantities.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and commercial correspondence.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and material scheduling.
• Develop project schedules, assess risks and recovery plans.
• Foster owner relationships and conduct progress meetings.
• Ensure financial and contractual success of projects.
