You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and inspectors across active job sites on a rotational schedule. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of field-based project management experience in utility, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction.
• Proven ability to lead complex builds such as transmission corridors, substation installations, or large distribution upgrades.
• Skilled in managing subcontractors, construction schedules, and financial forecasting under field conditions.
• Proficient in SAP, Procore, Primavera P6, and standard project control tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and construction execution across assigned scopes.
• Ensure field operations align with design specifications, safety protocols, and productivity benchmarks.
• Adjust logistics, resourcing, or sequencing in response to emerging site conditions or client directives.
• Maintain strong presence across active work fronts and foster execution alignment with field teams.
