Qualifications

• 7–10 years of field-based PM experience in utility, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction.
• Proven ability to lead complex builds such as transmission corridors, substation installations, or large distribution upgrades.
• Skilled in managing subcontractors, construction schedules, and financial forecasting under field conditions.
• Proficient in SAP, Procore, Primavera P6 and standard project control tools.
• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field; PMP or CET preferred.
• Strong communicator with client-facing experience and cross-functional leadership ability.
• Willingness to travel and operate on remote, active job sites on a rotational shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and construction execution across assigned scopes.
• Ensure field operations align with design specifications, safety protocols, and productivity benchmarks.
• Adjust logistics, resourcing, or sequencing in response to evolving site conditions or client directives.
