Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Construction Manager 3 to lead full-scope field execution on complex utility projects in the United States.

You will oversee multiple field leaders, integrate planning with operations, and drive safe, high-quality delivery across diverse scopes on projects valued from $3M to $30M. This role requires 12–15 years of utility/construction experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, SAP, Primavera or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive utility/infrastructure construction experience.
• Proven transition from field supervision to integrated project craft leadership.
• Strong understanding of project execution, craft planning, subcontractor integration, and field resource management.
• Experience with project tools and earned value metrics.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to active project sites.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Field Execution Oversight across all assigned construction scopes and crews.
• Lead project craft planning across multiple teams to optimize labor and logistics.
• Champion safety and quality by aligning SQP expectations and overseeing audits.
• Translate schedules into field lookaheads and coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, and procurement.
• Represent construction performance in client meetings and progress reviews.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leaders to build a disciplined delivery culture.
