Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a Project Manager to lead distribution project planning, scheduling, and deployment across our energy delivery systems in central and eastern Missouri. You will coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out with internal teams and external vendors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3 years PM experience, PMP preferred, and strong leadership, communication and financial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, engineering or engineering management preferred.
• Three years of relevant project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred or actively pursue.
• Experience with project management controls is preferred.
• Experience leading project teams on large/medium projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project planning process from initiation to close out.
• Manages project schedule, budget and resources including external vendors and contractors.
• Serves as the primary site authority for assigned project personnel and operations staff.
• Directs project team and leads the project management process.
• Responsible for metrics tracking and reporting to stakeholders, complying with procedures.
• Assist in developing or revising function-specific PM policies and procedures.
