The Montana office of Josh Pros LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead underground utilities projects in Billings, MT. This role focuses on oversight from inception through delivery, with deep expertise in water, sewer, and storm drain pipelines.

You will manage contracts, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications, coordinating with regional sites and field teams to meet safety and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years direct project management experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Proven track record in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain pipelines).
• Advanced knowledge of contract administration, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of underground utility construction, ensuring technical specs and safety standards.
• Lead contract administration including change orders and RFIs.
• Develop and maintain rigorous project schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor budgets, vendor costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure coordination.
